  REPAIR LEAK AS NECESSARY AND MAINTAIN THE WAREWASHING MACHINE IN GOOD REPAIR.

  FROZEN FOODS WERE MAINTAINED FROZEN.
   
  NOTE: THE MEALS ON WHEELS PROGRAM IS NO LONGER IN OPERATION. HOWEVER, THE DAY CARE IS STILL IN
  OPERATION DURING THE REGULAR SCHOOL YEAR. THE DAY CARE ONLY SERVES NON-TCS COMMERCIALLY MADE
  SNACKS. THEY ALSO SERVE JUICE MADE FROM FROZEN JUICE CONCENTRATE. THE JUICE IS SERVED IN
  REUSABLE PITCHERS WHICH ARE CLEANED AND SANITIZED IN THE HIGH TEMPERATURE WAREWASHING
  MACHINES. THE JUICE IS POURED INTO SINGLE USE PLASTIC CUPS AND SERVED TO THE CHILDREN.
  DISCUSSED LICENSING REQUIREMENTS WITH THE STAFF. IF OPERATIONS CONTINUE AS IS, THE FACILITY'S
  LICENSE WILL BE CHANGED TO A CLASS 2 FOOD SERVICE OPERATION LICENSE FOR THE 2016 LICENSING
  YEAR.
   
  GENERAL CLEANLINESS AND SANITATION WAS GOOD.
